The report may include information concerning identity, driving history, criminal history, public records, or other information permitted by law and relevant to delivery eligibility.

The background screening provider and applicable consumer-reporting disclosures should be identified in the final onboarding materials used when screening is implemented.

Nothing in this disclosure limits rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, New York law, NYC law, or other applicable background-check protections.
