Driver earnings may include trip pay, applicable time-based or minimum-pay adjustments, bonuses or incentives where offered, customer tips, and other amounts shown or required by law.
2. Tips
Waly Market provides 100% of customer tips designated for the driver to the driver. Tips are separate from any minimum compensation requirement that cannot legally be satisfied with tips.
3. Pay periods
For NYC-covered delivery work, Waly Market will use the fixed pay period and payment timing required by applicable NYC law. Covered earnings must be paid at least weekly, and all money owed for a pay period must be paid within the applicable legal deadline.
4. No-fee option
Where required, Waly Market will provide at least one method for drivers to receive earnings without paying a payout fee.
5. Statements
Waly Market will provide pay statements and earnings information required by applicable law. Statements may include gross compensation, net compensation, permissible deductions, tips, adjustments, and the pay-calculation method where required.
6. Adjustments
Legitimate adjustments may include corrected trip information, bonuses, statutory supplements, lawful deductions, charge corrections, or other items allowed by law and the applicable agreement.
7. Payment problems
Drivers should report missing or incorrect payments promptly through Waly Market support so records can be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
