1. 100% of tips
Waly Market provides 100% of the customer tip designated for the delivery driver to that driver.
2. Trip offers
Where required by law, the driver will be shown the customer tip selected at the time of the trip offer.
3. Tip changes
For covered NYC restaurant deliveries, Waly Market will inform the driver if a customer adds an additional tip or removes a tip and, when known and required, the reason provided for removal.
4. Minimum pay
Tips do not count toward NYC minimum-pay obligations.
5. Payment
Tips are included in the driver's earnings and paid through the applicable payout process.
