Waly Market permits delivery by car, bicycle, or motorcycle when the driver and vehicle satisfy applicable requirements. Scooters and vans are not approved Waly Market delivery vehicle types unless Waly Market later changes this policy.
2. Platform delivery-distance maximums
Waly Market platform maximum delivery distances are 25 miles for car or motorcycle and 7 miles for bicycle. Driver-selected or legal route limits may be lower and must be respected where applicable.
3. Licensing and registration
Drivers using a motor vehicle must maintain valid licensing, registration, and other documentation required by law and Waly Market.
4. Insurance
Drivers must maintain any insurance required by law and by Waly Market for the applicable vehicle and delivery activity.
5. Condition
Vehicles must be reasonably safe, maintained, and suitable for delivering orders without creating an unreasonable risk to the driver, customer, merchant, or public.
6. Changes
Drivers must accurately identify the vehicle used for deliveries and update Waly Market when required documents or vehicle information change.
