1. Eligibility
For covered NYC food delivery work, a driver who completes six food deliveries may request a free insulated food delivery bag as required by NYC law.
2. Request
Eligible drivers may request the bag using the method Waly Market provides. Waly Market may verify the driver's qualifying delivery count before fulfillment.
3. Replacement
A free replacement will be available when a qualifying bag is lost, stolen, or damaged as required by applicable NYC rules. Waly Market may apply the legally permitted replacement-frequency limit.
4. Bicycle safety
For bicycle or e-bike delivery workers, any provided bag must be usable in a manner consistent with applicable safety requirements, including not preventing the worker from keeping at least one hand on the handlebars.
5. Use and care
Drivers should maintain the bag in reasonably clean and usable condition and use insulated equipment when appropriate to protect food quality and safety.
