1. General
Merchant commissions and fees depend on the merchant category, selected services, location, and applicable law. The merchant will be shown or provided the applicable schedule before accepting the commercial terms.
2. Possible fee categories
- Delivery service fee or commission where Waly Market coordinates delivery.
- Basic marketplace or service fee for listing, order processing, or other platform services.
- Electronic payment processing fee where applicable.
- Enhanced service fees for optional services where offered and legally permitted.
- Other clearly disclosed fees, adjustments, taxes, or third-party costs that are authorized and lawful.
3. NYC restaurants
For NYC restaurants, Waly Market will not exceed applicable fee caps, including the statutory limits for delivery, basic service, transaction, and enhanced services, subject to limited exceptions allowed by law.
4. Changes
Waly Market may update fee schedules prospectively in accordance with the Merchant Partner Agreement, applicable addenda, required notice, and law. Changes do not authorize retroactive fees unless expressly agreed and lawful.
