Waly Market

Merchant Prohibited Items Policy

Last updated:

1. General

Merchants may list only products that are lawful, accurately represented, and permitted by Waly Market.

2. Restricted categories

Unless Waly Market expressly approves a regulated program, merchants may not list illegal drugs, cannabis or THC products, tobacco or nicotine products, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal weapons, stolen property, counterfeit goods, hazardous or radioactive materials, unlawfully sold prescription medications, unlawful gambling products, recalled products that cannot lawfully be sold, or other products prohibited by law or Waly Market policy.

3. Age-restricted products

A product that requires age verification, licensing, special handling, or other regulatory controls may not be listed unless Waly Market has expressly enabled a compliant program for that category.

4. Removal

Waly Market may remove prohibited products, cancel affected orders, request documentation, suspend listings, or restrict or terminate a merchant for violations.
