1. Maximum distance
For covered NYC restaurant delivery work, drivers may set their own maximum direct distance between the first pickup location and final drop-off location. Waly Market will not require a minimum maximum-distance selection greater than one mile, and selectable increments will not exceed one mile.
2. Bridge and tunnel preferences
Covered NYC restaurant delivery workers may select bridges or tunnels they do not want to use and may choose to avoid trips requiring bridges or tunnels as permitted by NYC rules.
3. Changes
Drivers may change covered distance, bridge, and tunnel preferences in real time without requiring Waly Market approval.
4. Dispatch
Waly Market will not knowingly offer covered trips that violate the driver's applicable selected limits.
5. No retaliation
Waly Market will not penalize a driver for lawfully setting or changing protected NYC delivery preferences.
