When a customer places an online order with a restaurant in New York City, Waly Market collects information needed to process and fulfill the order. Under NYC rules, a restaurant may request certain customer information from Waly Market.
2. Information that may be provided
Unless the customer opts out, Waly Market may provide the restaurant with the customer's name, telephone number, email address, delivery address associated with the online order, and contents of the online order.
3. Opt out
Customers may opt out through Waly Market's available privacy controls or by contacting Waly Market. Waly Market will maintain records of valid requests not to share qualifying customer data with restaurants.
4. Scope
This notice applies to qualifying NYC restaurant orders. Waly Market will not use this notice to expand the categories of customer information that NYC rules permit to be provided under this requirement.
