1. Customer tip disclosure
Tips are optional. Waly Market provides 100% of the customer tip designated for the delivery driver to that driver. Waly Market does not keep any portion of the driver tip.
2. Payment of tips
Tips paid through Waly Market are added to the driver's earnings and paid through the driver's applicable Waly Market payout process. Tips are separate from minimum compensation Waly Market may be required to pay under applicable law.
3. Checkout options
For qualifying NYC restaurant and grocery orders, the checkout experience should provide a tipping opportunity before or when the order is placed, including an option of at least 10% of the purchase price, an option to manually enter a tip percentage or dollar amount, and an option to leave no tip.
