Waly Market

Merchant Suspension and Termination Policy

Last updated:

1. Reasons for action

Waly Market may restrict, suspend, or terminate a merchant for material agreement violations, unlawful conduct, fraud, safety risks, repeated fulfillment failures, expired or invalid required licenses, prohibited products, abusive conduct, misuse of customer data, payment risk, or conduct that threatens the integrity of the marketplace.

2. Temporary restrictions

Waly Market may temporarily restrict orders, listings, payouts where permitted, account features, or access while investigating a legitimate safety, fraud, legal, or payment concern.

3. Notice

Where appropriate and consistent with safety, fraud prevention, and law, Waly Market may provide the merchant with notice of the issue and an opportunity to provide information.

4. Termination

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal. Termination does not eliminate outstanding obligations, including refunds, chargebacks, fees, taxes, data-protection duties, legal claims, or record-retention obligations.

5. Review requests

Where Waly Market provides a review process, merchants may submit relevant information through the designated support channel. A review does not guarantee reinstatement.
