Waly Market may investigate or take account action for identity fraud, account sharing, unsafe conduct, harassment, discrimination, order theft or tampering, falsified delivery records, payment fraud, expired required documents, prohibited activity, material policy violations, or other legitimate safety, legal, or integrity concerns.
2. Temporary restriction
Waly Market may temporarily restrict access while investigating a serious safety, fraud, identity, or legal concern.
3. Notice
When appropriate and not inconsistent with safety, fraud prevention, legal process, or investigation integrity, Waly Market may provide notice describing the reason for an account action.
4. Appeal
Where an appeal is available, a driver may submit relevant documents, photographs, communications, or other information through Waly Market support. Waly Market will review the available information in good faith.
5. No retaliation
Waly Market will not deactivate, reduce opportunities, lower ratings, or otherwise retaliate against a worker for exercising rights protected by applicable law, including NYC delivery-worker rights.
6. Outcome
An appeal may result in reinstatement, modification of the action, additional review, or confirmation of the original decision. An appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
