Waly Market

Driver Safety and Conduct Policy

Last updated:

1. Safe operation

Drivers must obey traffic laws, operate vehicles safely, avoid distracted driving, use required safety equipment, and never perform deliveries while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or another condition that makes driving unsafe.

2. Customer and merchant conduct

Drivers must treat customers, merchants, other drivers, and Waly Market representatives respectfully. Threats, harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment, stalking, intimidation, or violence are prohibited.

3. Order integrity

Drivers may not open, consume, tamper with, steal, intentionally damage, or knowingly misdeliver customer orders.

4. Proof of delivery

Drivers must honestly complete pickup and proof-of-delivery requirements and may not falsify photographs, signatures, location, timestamps, or delivery status.

5. Privacy

Customer and merchant information may be used only as necessary for the delivery. Drivers may not contact customers for unrelated purposes or retain private information unnecessarily.

6. Emergencies

Drivers should prioritize personal safety. In an emergency, drivers should contact appropriate emergency services and then Waly Market support when reasonably safe to do so.

7. Reporting

Drivers should report serious safety incidents, threats, dangerous pickup conditions, suspected fraud, or significant order issues through available Waly Market support channels.
